Right from the beginning, ISAAC Australia has established and maintained a scholarship fund. One of our original guidelines was that we should work to provide financial support through scholarships and bequests for people who need AAC to attend the International conferences of ISAAC and any events organised through ISAAC Australia.

The scholarships are awarded, in order of priority, to:

  1. People who need AAC
  2. Family members or support workers of people who need AAC
  3. Post graduate students studying in the field of AAC.

ISAAC Australia focuses any fundraising, such as our Silent Auction, to supporting the scholarships.

Scholarship Awardees are asked to provide a report on their experiences to ISAAC Australia for publication after attending the conference.
